Planning And Strategic Initiatives Coordinator - Management Analyst 1

Reporting to the Associate Vice President (AVP) of Strategy and Innovation, the Planning and Strategic Initiatives Coordinator supports planning processes and project activities that advance mission-aligned priorities. Under general supervision, this role assists with cross-functional coordination, tracks annual planning progress, and provides administrative support for process improvement and project execution across the College. The coordinator supports the development, implementation, and monitoring of strategic and operational initiatives that align with the institution's long-term vision and goals, bridging strategic planning, project management, and annual institutional planning.

Job duties include :

• Strategic Project Management
• Annual Planning Oversight
• Strategic Planning Integration and Implementation
• Perform other duties as assigned to ensure the smooth functioning of the department and maintain the reputation of the organization as a viable business partner

Salary range for this position is $23.98 - $34.69 hourly.
