Position Summary Under the direction of the Senior Product Manager, the incumbent of this position will manage the development of several collections of ophthalmic frames and sunglasses.
Experience and Skills Required :
- 2 years of design or product development experience (optical / eyewear experience preferred)
- Sourcing experience in China
- Elevated taste level
- Experience with better / premium level product
- Experience developing a concept from scratch, including the design of the product
Main Responsibilities :
Manage the development of several ophthalmic / sun frame collections :Specialty Optical collectionsDiffusion Brand collectionsRetail Sunglass collectionsPrivate label collectionsNew Pitches for Key AccountsDesign and develop products from scratch, meeting the brand objectives set forth by the licensor, key account, and the market needsPrimary sourcing contact with suppliersPricing of new modelsManage calendar for on-time executionAnalyze sales results to develop next collectionInterface effectively w / marketing to deliver on-message product for each brandData entry and maintenance for models to purchaseAdditional Responsibilities :
