This key role will be responsible for the Accounting and Finance operations for a real estate investment and management organization controlling $2+ billion of multifamily and commercial real estate investments, the majority through assets that are self-managed. The Senior Vice President will be a member of the Executive Team and be responsible for all accounting aspects of the organization including the timely and accurate completion of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements, the review and payment of all tax returns, regular process of cash management, accounts receivable, accounts payable, insurance, property income and expense filings and payments, loan compliance reporting, financial system application development, and financial planning and analysis (FP&A). This role manages 70+ entities. This role may oversee up to 5 direct reports among a team of 15.

The market-based pay range for this role is $250,000-$300,000 annually (plus additional bonus incentives), negotiable based on qualifications. The final salary offered will generally fall within this range and is dependent on various factors including but not limited to the responsibilities of the position, experience, skill set, internal pay equity and other relevant qualifications of the applicant.
