The Distribution Center Operations Supervisor will report to the Manager of DC Operations. The DC Operations Supervisor is the front line connection with warehouse employees and plays a critical role in engaging and inspiring their team to meet and exceed daily targets. The DC Operations Supervisor drives daily work execution and monitors work performance. Under the leadership of the Operations Manager, the DC Operations Supervisor will drive an engaged, productive team through strong leadership, demonstrating initiative, and leveraging continuous improvement thinking. The supervisor is responsible for supporting the Operations Manager in the total leadership and operations.

Shift : MondayFriday, 3 : 30 PM to 12 : 30 AM (possible extension to 2 : 30 AM with overtime).

Required Qualifications :

• 2+ years experience with Microsoft Office.
• 2+ years experience in a distribution center or similar environment.
• 2+ years experience in a leadership role.

Preferred Qualifications :

Education : High School Diploma / GED.

Anticipated Weekly Hours : 40.

Time Type : Full time.

Pay Range : The typical pay range for this role is : $43,888.00 - $93,574.00. This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors.
