Job Description

As a Kitchen and Bath Designer, your role is essential in supporting our store's key priorities : Customers First, In Stock, and Store Appearance. You will engage with customers to provide exceptional service, ensuring that their kitchen and bath projects are successful.

Your responsibilities include :

Welcoming customers and assessing their project needs.

Providing informative showroom tours and guiding them through the selection process.

Arranging for kitchen and bath measurements and discussing design options.

Making tailored purchasing recommendations to suit their preferences.

You will also contribute to maintaining stock levels by :

Regularly checking availability of samples and brochures.

Restocking items as necessary to ensure accessibility for customers.

Furthermore, you will uphold our Store Appearance priority by :

Ensuring that special order displays and showrooms are visually appealing and safe for shoppers.

By excelling in these areas, you will help drive sales and achieve both department and store goals.
