Demand Planner

We are seeking a skilled Demand Planner to develop effective forecast models, support management with risk assessments, and communicate inventory estimations. This role plays a crucial part in improving demand forecast accuracy and addressing demand-related issues efficiently.

Responsibilities :

• Develop effective forecast models based on industry trends and demand patterns.
• Support management with risk assessments and mitigation activities.
• Propose and implement solutions to improve demand forecast accuracy.
• Successfully communicate forecast and inventory estimations to management.
• Monitor and report on important changes in sales forecasts, budgets, and strategy.
• Address demand-related issues in a timely and effective manner.

Work Environment :

The position requires working with multiple departments and across three different locations, making strong interpersonal skills essential. The role offers a good team environment with flexibility and growth opportunities. Although benefits are average, compensation is competitive.

This is a Permanent position based out of NA, Wisconsin.

Pay and Benefits :

The pay range for this position is $75000.00 - $100000.00 / yr. We offer comprehensive health insurance and benefits packages to employees in recognition of the value they bring to the company. We observe the following eight holidays : New Year's Day, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Veterans Day (observed the day after Thanksgiving), Thanksgiving, Christmas, and your Birthday (a special day off for you).
