Position Overview : We are currently seeking a highly skilled and experienced Master Technician to join our team. As a Master Technician, you will play a crucial role in diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining vehicles to the highest standards of quality and safety.

Your expertise and leadership will contribute to our reputation for excellence in automotive service and customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities :

  • Perform complex diagnostic tests and troubleshooting to identify and resolve issues with vehicle systems and components.
  • Conduct thorough inspections and assessments of vehicles to determine repair requirements and provide accurate estimates of time and cost.
  • Utilize advanced diagnostic equipment, tools, and technical manuals to diagnose and repair electrical, mechanical, and computerized systems.
  • Perform routine maintenance tasks such as oil changes, tire rotations, and brake inspections with precision and attention to detail.
  • Keep abreast of technological advancements and industry trends in automotive technology, attending training sessions as necessary to maintain proficiency.
  • Mentor and train junior technicians, providing guidance and support to enhance their skills and knowledge.
  • Maintain a clean and organized work area, adhering to safety protocols and regulations at all times.

Qualifications :

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; completion of a formal automotive training program or apprenticeship preferred.
  • ASE Master Technician certification or equivalent accreditation highly desirable.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience as an automotive technician, with a proven track record of success in diagnosing and repairing a wide range of vehicle makes and models.
  • Proficiency in using diagnostic equipment and software to identify and address complex mechanical and electrical issues.
  • Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills, with a keen attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively interact with customers and team members.
  • Valid driver's license and clean driving record required.
