This role is part of EY’s Transformation Design & Execution (TD&E) practice, focusing on complex business, technology, and infrastructure transformation.

Opportunity

As a Project and Program Manager specializing in Business Performance within Transformation Architecture and Delivery, you will lead initiatives aligned with strategic goals, ensuring projects meet timelines, budgets, and quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Help clients establish Transformation Management Offices (TMO) or Enterprise PMOs (EPMO) using proven frameworks.
• Collaborate with leadership to design and operate business and solution architecture, product management approaches, and value delivery structures.
• Manage multiple processes and projects focused on quality and risk.
• Drive process improvement and identify innovative solutions.
• Lead teams to deliver complex technical initiatives with performance outcomes.
• Resolve business issues and implement quality solutions.
• Travel as needed to meet client requirements.
