If so, we want you to join our team as a Yoga Instructor at Grand Island YMCA in Grand Island, NE!

About the Role :

As a Yoga Instructor, you will have the opportunity to lead group classes that focus on breath control, flexibility, strength, and relaxation. Your primary responsibility will be to create a safe and supportive environment where students can explore the benefits of Yoga and develop their practice. You will guide participants through various poses and sequences, providing modifications and adjustments as needed to ensure that everyone can fully engage in the practice.

What We're Looking For :

We are seeking a certified Yoga Instructor with a minimum of 200 hours of training and experience teaching group classes. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in various Yoga styles, including Hatha, Vinyasa, and Restorative. A passion for helping others achieve their wellness goals and a commitment to continuous learning and growth are essential for success in this role.

Your Responsibilities :

• Lead Yoga classes for participants of all ages and fitness levels
• Create a welcoming and inclusive atmosphere in the studio
• Provide clear and concise instructions for Yoga poses and sequences
• Offer modifications and adjustments to accommodate individual needs
• Motivate and inspire students to deepen their practice and embrace the benefits of Yoga
