Accountabilities

• Assist the Program Director in overall management, strategic planning, and program oversight.
• Supervise and support program staff, including case managers, supervisors, and administrative personnel.
• Ensure daily operations run smoothly, services are delivered effectively, and program goals and contractual requirements are met.
• Monitor staff performance, conduct regular supervision, and support professional development initiatives.
• Oversee accurate and timely documentation in case management systems, assist with quality assurance reviews, and ensure compliance with reporting standards.
• Collaborate with internal departments and external partners to support program coordination and client needs.
• Address escalated client concerns or programmatic issues, providing solutions and guidance.
• Participate in staff hiring, onboarding, performance evaluations, and disciplinary processes.
• Conduct community outreach to increase program visibility and recruit potential clients.
• Review and analyze program data to identify trends, inform improvements, and support decision-making.
