The primary role of the Legal Intake Specialist / Administrative Office Assistant position is to act as the initial point of entry and contact for all inbound callers and visitors to the firm, screening and routing calls to the appropriate party, as well as conducting legal intake for all potential new clients wishing to retain the firm and general office responsibilities / duties.

Compensation :

$50,000 - $58,000 yearly

Responsibilities : Administrative Tasks

• Daily oversight of the office, including ensuring tidiness.
• Receiving / organizing / sending mail via USPS and / or other carriers.
• Responsible for placing office supply orders.
• Act as a point of contact between building management and the firm.
• Responsible for all inbound calls and call routing for the firm.
• Performs initial legal intake with callers looking to retain the firm.
