HVAC Installer/Install Lead

Responsibilities :
- Install HVAC systems including furnaces, air conditioners, heat pumps, ductless mini-splits, and thermostats in residential and commercial settings.
- Perform equipment and parts upgrades as necessary.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient and accurate installations.
- Adhere to all safety protocols and industry standards.
- Provide exceptional customer service throughout the installation process.
Qualifications :
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in HVAC installation.
- Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills.
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints, diagrams, and technical manuals.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
Salary :
Depending on experience, our average Installer makes between $60,000 to $75,000 annually, with top performers averaging over $85,000 annually.
