Key Responsibilities :

• Provide companionship and engage in meaningful conversations
• Assist with light housekeeping and meal preparation
• Offer medication and appointment reminders
• Support clients with bathing, grooming, and incontinence care
• Deliver specialized care for individuals with Alzheimer's and dementia
• Provide transportation to appointments or activities
• Offer respite care for family caregivers

Qualifications :

• Must possess a valid CNA certification
• Genuine passion for working with seniors in a dignified and respectful manner
• Effective communication skills for a positive client relationship
• Clear background check, DMV check, and drug screening
• Own vehicle, valid driver's license, and current auto insurance required
