Team Leader
The Team Leader is responsible for supporting the management team by demonstrating a selling behavior, floor leadership, and promoting a positive work environment. Assist the Store Manager/Assistant Manager with daily operations, activities of employees and other tasks as needed and as assigned.
Support business operations, support business operations, policies and procedures.
Provide excellent customer service and resolve customer issues.
Manage, recover, and restock sales floor and back stock.
Provide exceptional customer service and resolve customer issues.
Ensure the proper presentation of merchandise and display of marketing materials.
Oversee all methods of loss prevention for the store of which includes monitoring all aspects of the store.
Assist the Store Manager/Assistant Manager in maintaining control for staffing, scheduling, and training of staff.
Assist with the development and implementation of new sales as assigned.
Ability to complete banking.
Other duties as assigned.
High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelors degree preferred.
Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in a retail or similar role preferred.
High level of integrity.
Excellent customer service skills.
Demonstrated proficiency in personal computer applications, including Microsoft Office Suite.
Constant walking, standing, and sitting for extended periods of time; ability to lift, push, and/or carry objects up to 55 lbs.
