MAIA is seeking a self-motivated, detail-oriented, team player to serve as Director of Marketing & Communications. This position has overall responsibility for ensuring appropriate marketing strategies are implemented to attract independent agents and insurance company professionals to MAIA events and the association as a whole. This person will be in charge of marketing association products and services to our members and potential members, and communicating with members and other parties via the association's publications and website.

Total compensation : $50,000 - $65,000; includes base salary of $50,000 - $60,000 plus potential for incentive bonuses

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement marketing plans for MAIA products and services. These plans encompass marketing of conferences, education programs, insurance products, membership and other association benefits.
• Design association marketing and communication pieces, including brochures, flyers and other promotional pieces.
• Compile and design association magazine and email newsletter.
• Design and send marketing emails for association products and services.
• Maintain the MAIA website and ensure that it promotes current and accurate information.
