We are looking for an Accounting Bookkeeper to join our team! You will be responsible for preparing and analyzing financial records for our company.

Responsibilities :

  • Prepare and examine accounting records, financial statements, taxes, and other financial reports
  • Develop and analyze reporting for business operations and budgets
  • Create new processes to improve financial efficiency
  • Report analysis and findings to management team
  • Perform monthly bank and credit card reconciliations
  • Prepare and file California Sales tax
  • Track vendor invoices, bills, and service income
  • Maintain records for accounts payable and receivable
  • Filing

​ Qualifications :

  • Previous experience in accounting or other related fields
  • QuickBooks Certification
  • Experience with current computer accounting programs and reporting tools
  • Detail and deadline-oriented
  • Strong analytical and problem solving skills
  • 2+ years experience of bookkeeping
  • Experience in service or construction industries
  • Ability to work independently and maintain confidentiality
