POSITION OVERVIEW : The Sales Account Manager oversees projects and business relationships with assigned accounts, as well as cultivating new business relationships with clients.
Travel throughout the mid-west, south, could potentially travel to both Mexico and Canada.
- Oversee projects associated with assigned Cameron Tool accounts, including but not limited to new development, internal and external communication, and customer support.
- Evaluate assigned account’s business processes and provide recommendations for automation and enhancements that generate additional revenue.
- Collaborate to create business development opportunities.
- Collaborate with management team to :
- ensure the successful launch and acceptable performance of solutions.
- Identify revenue opportunities within assigned accounts through communications, programs and other activities as needed.
- Act as liaison for internal and external communications with assigned accounts. Manage ongoing conference calls and ensure a positive relationship with assigned accounts.
Provide regular status reports and manage task lists on assigned accounts progress for all project areas.
- Facilitate enhancements to communications, tools, capabilities, and product lines.
- Participate in cross functional groups to establish marketing campaigns, product direction and productive solutions.

Preferred Education and Experience
- A bachelor's degree in business or equivalent and five to seven years of proven success in high-tech account management.
- Experience as a product manager or project leader for automotive tooling, domestic and international is a plus.
- Two to five years in a sales or sales support role in a manufacturing environment.
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects.
- Tooling and / or stamping knowledge a plus.
