Sr. Application Support Engineer (On-Site)

ONSITE - Sr. Application Support Engineer. Job location : Charlotte, NC. Working from home in any location is an option. Duties : Define technical requirements, develop codes and support related changes using Oracle Retail applications like RMS, RPM, ReSA, RIB and ReIM. Perform integration, enhancement and customization of systems and merchandising applications. Support real time and batch jobs related to Oracle Retail applications. Responsible for problem management using FreshService and JIRA. Provide solutions to long term problems. Engage in Infra upgrades and patching activities for SLA improvement. Troubleshoot production issues with appropriate urgency and maintain application uptimes per define SLAs. Requires : M.S. degree (or foreign equiv.) in Comp. Sci., Eng. or related field & 3 yrs. exp. in job offered or 3 yrs. exp. as a Lead, Consultant or Engineer. Will accept B.S. (or foreign equiv.) in the computer industry and 5 yrs. exp. in lieu of M.S. and 3 yrs. exp.
