Responsibilities

• Maintain positive customer relations through professional interactions and provide "How-to" instructions on equipment use.
• Assist customers with loading and unloading equipment and communicate with counter staff regarding equipment status.
• Ensure shop areas are clean and organized, and equipment is safely maintained and repaired.
• Diagnose equipment in need of repair and make necessary parts orders.
• Complete equipment repairs in a timely and cost-effective manner.
• Perform maintenance on gasoline and diesel-powered equipment, as well as trailers and vehicles.
• Complete Internal Repair Orders and Maintenance Orders in the company software system once work is completed and tested.
• Communicate equipment repair status to management.
• Demonstrate teamwork and maintain good working relationships with all employees.
• Attend all training sessions as agreed upon with management.
