A Food and Beverage Manufacturer is looking for a Production Manager to join their growing team. As a Production Manager, you would oversee all line production team members and ensure a safe, efficient, and cost effective operation.

Functions of the job :

• Empowers supervisors and production team members to meet and exceed operational and quality standards.
• Ensures compliance of company policies and procedures, safety regulations, GMP's, SOP's, SSOP's, HACCP and SQF.
• Mentors and motivates associates, providing training and development to optimize their performance and personal growth. Communicates performance standards to associates, recognizing and rewarding individual and team accomplishments and counseling performance problems. Ensures all associates have the resources and capabilities to effectively accomplish their responsibilities.
• Participates in regular meetings with plant management to discuss production improvements. Facilitates problem resolution related to production issues
