About the Role
The Company is in search of a Head of Human Resources to play a pivotal role in the strategic development and management of all HR functions. The successful candidate will be a key partner to the executive team, ensuring that HR strategies align with the organization's mission and support its long-term growth. This leadership position is not focused on recruitment but rather on employee relations, performance management, policy creation, and fostering a strong organizational culture. The Head of HR will be responsible for leading a team, maintaining compliance with employment laws, and enhancing the workplace environment through various initiatives. A deep understanding of HR best practices, particularly in multi-site and highly regulated environments, is essential.
Applicants for the Head of Human Resources role at the company should have a Bachelor's degree (Master's preferred) and at least 10 years' of progressive HR experience, with a minimum of 5 years' in a senior or executive capacity. Experience in healthcare, behavioral health, or a similar regulated human services setting is strongly preferred. The role requires a candidate with a proven track record in strategic HR management, strong interpersonal and leadership skills, and the ability to influence and collaborate across diverse teams. High emotional intelligence, discretion, and a commitment to diversity, equity, and inclusion are also key qualifications. The Head of HR will be expected to maintain strong relationships with external partners and ensure continuous compliance, as well as manage a growing HR team and develop data-driven reporting to support the organization's HR metrics.
