Payroll Analyst

A company is looking for a Payroll Analyst to support US and Canadian payroll operations.

Key Responsibilities

Execute regular payroll processing tasks for US and Canada, including audits, reconciliations, and reporting

Identify and implement payroll process improvements and automation initiatives

Collaborate with internal teams and external vendors to troubleshoot and resolve payroll issues

Required Qualifications

3+ years of experience processing complex, multi-state US payrolls

Proficiency in payroll systems such as Workday, ADP, or similar platforms

Advanced skills in Excel or Google Sheets (e.g., VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables)

Experience supporting payroll-related projects of moderate complexity

Developing expertise in payroll fundamentals
