About The Donation Training And Development Manager : The Donation Training and Development Manager is responsible for managing donation training and development across the organization, ensuring alignment of competencies and training. Partners on the design and development of training content. Contributes to the donation work system's overall achievement of donation, transplant coordination, and related performance goals by ensuring the impact of training and other related interventions are applied to maximizing donation-related outcomes. Responsible for leading and training a team of Educational Program Specialists (subject matter experts and educators on various aspects of the donation work systems). Partners with internal clients and communities of practice with common donation system related training interests.

Manages day-to-day operations of the DNA U Simulation and Skill Lab for Organ Donor Optimization.

Oversight and continuous improvement of DNA U. strategy, goals, structure, processes, and results.

Implementation of evaluation plans for learners, programs, preceptors, and trainers.

Participates in strategic planning with the Leadership Team, DNA U, Donation Work Systems, Talent and Culture, and other stakeholders.
