Job Description
We are seeking a detail-oriented Accounting & Operations Assistant to support our finance and operations team. This role involves managing reports, tracking fulfillment data, and ensuring all payout and claims processes are completed accurately and on time. The ideal candidate is organized, comfortable working with data, and proactive in following tasks through to completion.
Key Responsibilities :
- Zero Dollar Payout Report : Build monthly reports using data pulled from Shopify. Match ship dates with corresponding orders for the current month.
- Unearned Revenue Tracking : Record and maintain accurate ship dates and related order numbers.
- Claims Management : Submit claims through FulfillmentVU and UPS platforms; monitor progress and ensure claims are resolved to completion.
- Payout Report Building : Download vendor reports, verify details, and fill in order numbers and shipment dates.
- Order Creation : Manage the order creation process using Google Sheets; create orders once they are approved.
- Dispute Handling : Forward disputes to the Member Success team and track them until resolution.
Preferred Experience :
Background in operations, e-commerce, logistics, or finance.Experience building or analyzing reports from Shopify or vendor portals.Requirements
Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry.Proficiency with Google Sheets, Excel, and basic data management.Experience using Shopify, FulfillmentVU, or similar e-commerce / fulfillment platforms is a plus.Excellent communication and follow-up skills.Ability to multitask and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
