Licensed practical nurse - PRN

Job Summary :

The LPN provides nursing care under the supervision of an RN or physician, supporting patient treatment and documentation while following state scope-of-practice regulations.

Duties & Responsibilities :

• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
• Monitor and record patient vital signs and condition.
• Provide wound care, injections, and specimen collection.
• Supervise CNAs and delegate tasks appropriately.
• Document care provided in facility records.
• Collaborate with facility staff and interdisciplinary teams.
• Promote patient comfort, dignity, and safety.
