Job Summary :
The LPN provides nursing care under the supervision of an RN or physician, supporting patient treatment and documentation while following state scope-of-practice regulations.
Duties & Responsibilities :
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
- Monitor and record patient vital signs and condition.
- Provide wound care, injections, and specimen collection.
- Supervise CNAs and delegate tasks appropriately.
- Document care provided in facility records.
- Collaborate with facility staff and interdisciplinary teams.
- Promote patient comfort, dignity, and safety.
Qualifications :
Active state LPN license.Current BLS certification (required).One year of clinical experience (facility-specific).Strong clinical and communication skills.
