Senior Program Manager
Oracle's Data Center Organization is seeking a senior program manager with expertise in project control to join our growing team. With the rapid expansion of Oracle's data center footprint, we are committed to improving our project management capabilities. The senior program manager will play a critical role in establishing and leading the project control function, which is responsible for monitoring and managing various aspects of data center projects. This position requires a highly organized and detail-oriented individual with strong program management skills and experience in project control tools and methodologies.

Requirements
56 years of experience in project controls or a similar project management field.
Experience with Primavera (P6) or Oracle Primavera Cloud scheduling tools is required.
Familiarity with float management, critical path method (CPM), and sequencing logic.
Strong communication skills : ability to synthesize complex schedule data into clear updates for internal and external stakeholders.
Strong understanding of project management principles, including cost, schedule, risk, and change management.
Work closely with project managers and stakeholders to align project control efforts.
Proficiency in creating and analyzing project budgets, schedules, and performance reports.
Excellent data analysis and reporting skills, with the ability to interpret complex data and communicate insights effectively.
Experience in risk management and change control processes, with a structured and organized approach.
A bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as project management, engineering, or a related discipline.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
Experience with data centers, high-tech infrastructure, or mission-critical facilities strongly preferred.
Demonstrated ability to identify and implement process improvements that enhance the efficiency, accuracy, and scalability of project controls functions.
Ideal candidates proactively analyze workflows, recommend refinements, and contribute to building a healthy, iterative project controls environment.
PMP or other related certifications are a plus.

Range and benefit information provided in this posting are specific to the stated locations only US : Hiring range in USD from : $78,000 to $158,200 per annum. May be eligible for bonus and equity.
