Qualifications : High School Diploma or GED. Bachelor's Degree preferred (required for advancement within the organization). Minimum of 3 months of recent experience working with MS Office, specifically Excel. Experience in a corporate or office environment. Additional Skills & Qualifications Proficient Excel skills, including VLOOKUPs and pivot tables. Interest, background, or experience in pricing, contracts, or pharmaceuticals. Attention to detail, communication skills, and an analytical mindset. Ability to follow instructions, multitask, and stay organized. Good attitude and team-player mentality.

Job Description As a Contracts Assistant, you will play a crucial role in managing and entering customer pricing into our Contracts system (iContracts). You will create offers and opportunities in the system, communicate with customers to finalize contract and pricing details, and maintain records of opportunities and customer data using Excel and internal systems. You will also be responsible for identifying and correcting any errors in the system and escalating major issues as necessary.

Maintain records of opportunities and customer data using Excel and internal systems. Identify and correct mistakes or errors in the system. Escalate major issues identified during the workflow process.

Work Environment This is a hybrid position with office attendance required from Monday to Wednesday and remote work on Thursday and Friday. The work hours are from 8 : 00 AM to 4 : 30 PM with a half-hour lunch break.

Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $23.00 - $23.00 / hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
