Work alongside 12 physicians and 6 advanced practice clinicians, supported by a dedicated team. Access to on-site lab, x-ray (including mammography), urgent care, behavioral health, community health workers and sports medicine. Benefit from an established patient base Anticipated work schedule : Monday to Friday, with 36 patient contact hours Flexible shifts with Clinic hours : 7 : 15 AM – 5 PM (Monday-Friday) and 8 AM – Noon (Saturday) Utilize EPIC medical records with DAX Ai Digital X-Ray with rapid results Call schedule : 1 in 12 (phone only) Flexible starting FTE : 0.6 – 1.0 Optional newborn nursery care (in hospital) REQUIRMENTS : Board Certified / Board Eligible in Family Practice. LOCATION : Duluth, MN – A vibrant community with a population of over 90,000. COMPENSATION $308,000.
