We are seeking a talented and passionate Stylist to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in various hair and beauty techniques, including hair extensions, color theory, and makeup application. As a Stylist, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional customer service while creating stunning looks that enhance our clients' natural beauty. You will also be responsible for maintaining a clean and organized workspace, ensuring high standards of sanitation, and contributing to the overall success of the salon.

Duties

• Provide a range of hair services including cutting, coloring, styling, and hair extensions.
• Utilize straight razors and other tools to achieve desired styles while adhering to safety protocols.
• Maintain knowledge of current trends in hair styling and beauty techniques.
• Assist clients with retail sales by recommending products that complement their services.
• Manage front desk operations including scheduling appointments using salon software such as Vagaro.
• Uphold sanitation standards throughout the salon to ensure a safe environment for clients and staff.
• Engage in effective communication with clients to understand their needs and preferences.
• Demonstrate retail math skills to manage inventory effectively and support sales goals.
• Upsell services and products to enhance client satisfaction and salon profitability.

Qualifications

Job Types : Full-time, Part-time, Contract

Pay : $14.00 - $18.00 per hour

Expected hours : 20 – 40 per week
