POSITION SUMMARY :
RESPONSIBILITIES :
Ensures sales opportunities for products and services by making sales contacts, researching client needs, and developing application of products and services in an effective manner :
Ensures the meeting of sales objectives and the generation of revenue by developing and delivering sales :
Ensures continued revenue stream by participating in sales forecasting and planning in an effective manner :
Produces pipeline reports that are an honest assessment of actual deals in process
Maintains accurate records on accounts and opportunities via CRM software.
Ensures client satisfaction by participating in the development of new services, modification of existing services and termination of ineffective services in an effective and professional manner :
Meet and maintain certification and credentials required by hardware, software, and solution partners in order to sell their products.
Ensures a positive corporate image, teamwork, and attainment of goals by developing and maintaining communications in a cooperative and professional manner with all levels of staff and clients :
Ensures smooth fiscal operation by managing administrative paperwork in a timely and effective manner :
Submits completed and accurate expense reports, sales agreements, time off requests, purchase order requests, etc., by the required deadline.
