As a LOB Risk Specialist Senior within PNC's Risk, Change, Experience & Strategy (RCES) organization, you will be based in Pittsburgh, PA, Philadelphia, PA, New York, NY, Denver, CO, Dallas, TX, Birmingham, AL, or Cleveland, OH.

This is a remote position. Work may be performed from a quiet, confidential space in a home location, approved by PNC. This position may not be available in all geographic locations.

This position will advise C&IB and AMG stakeholders on model risk, Volcker compliance, and additional risk programs. The candidate will provide model risk governance guidance for a suite of models to ensure appropriate controls and processes are in place to manage model risk in alignment with the model lifecycle procedure. Primary responsibilities for the role include model risk advisory, model risk reporting, projects, change management, audit, and regulatory requests. The candidate will also be responsible for additional risk programs, including compliance with the Volcker Rule, as well as other programs covered by the team. This role partners primarily with the second line of defense, operations, model owners / developers, lines of business, and compliance. Preferred qualifications for the position include, but are not limited to the following :

Experience managing multiple / complex projects

Background in model risk governance a plus

Ability to effectively collaborate and communicate with key stakeholders

Foundational knowledge of C&IB and AMG businesses, processes, and products

Job Description

Executes the Line of Business Risk Management program, identifying opportunities for enhancement where applicable. Enables line of business adherence with risk management programs.

Participates in the design and development of the risk management program to meet business and regulatory expectations. Leads in the design and development of specific risk management program components.

Executes the risk management programs within or across the lines of business (e.g. - business self-assessment and quality reviews). May lead cross functional teams.

Provides risk expertise while working with the businesses and other risk partners (e.g., Compliance, Credit, Legal, Audit).

Leads or influences risk initiatives and business as usual activities. Identifies risk, assesses impact and makes recommendations on resolution. Reports and escalates risk and program compliance as appropriate.

Pay Transparency

Base Salary : $81,000.00 - $141,700.00

Salaries may vary based on geographic location, market data and on individual skills, experience, and education. This role is incentive eligible with the payment based upon company, business and / or individual performance.
