Were looking for a motivated and experienced California-licensed Attorney to join our expanding legal team. This is a full-time remote opportunity , though candidates are required to be located in Californiaideally near the Los Angeles area, strongly preferred.

Compensation :

$160,000 - $220,000 yearly

Responsibilities :

• Provide legal counsel to clients by evaluating their options and developing effective case strategies to achieve favorable results.
• Handle a caseload of first-party property insurance claims from start to finishconducting assessments, drafting pleadings and motions, and guiding cases through litigation and resolution.
• Conduct in-depth legal research and prepare briefs, discovery requests, and other key legal documents.
• Represent clients in court proceedings, including hearings, mediations, and trialsarguing motions and presenting evidence confidently.
• Communicate frequently with clients, keeping them informed of case progress and offering sound legal advice.
• Negotiate settlements with opposing counsel, insurance companies, and other parties to secure the best possible outcomes.
• Collaborate with partners, paralegals, and support staff while also taking initiative to manage your own files independently.
• Mentor and oversee administrative staff or law clerks as needed.
