In this position the employee will work most of the day handling the processing and posting of builder work orders, as well as processing and posting payments to client accounts by entering payment information and communicating with clients to follow up and resolve customer discrepancies. You must have a strong attention to detail and ability to work as a team and independently

OVERVIEW OF YOUR DAILY TASKS :

• Professionally communicate with customers when necessary
• Handling small balance write off's
• Posting payments including Account Reconciliation –research and resolve account issues such as short payments, discount discrepancies, insufficient remit information
• Maintain accurate spreadsheets
• Customer Billing / invoicing, credit card payments and lien releases
• Meeting daily and monthly deadlines
• Researching work orders
• Communicating with other internal departments by phone, email and in person
• Adhere to confidentiality regulations
