Job Details

We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Permanent Medical Assistant to join our dynamic healthcare team. This role is integral to our mission of providing high-quality patient care. It involves a combination of administrative and clinical tasks, including measuring vital signs, managing electronic health records (EHR), performing phlebotomy, and assisting with medical procedures.

Responsibilities :

As a Permanent Medical Assistant, your duties will include but are not limited to :

• Assisting physicians and nurses during examinations and procedures, ensuring patient comfort and safety at all times.
• Performing routine clinical tasks such as measuring vital signs, administering injections, and drawing blood (phlebotomy).
• Accurately recording patient information and medical histories in our Electronic Health Records (EHR) system.
• Preparing and sterilizing medical instruments and equipment before procedures.
• Scheduling appointments, managing patient flow, and maintaining communication with patients and their families.
• Ensuring that examination rooms are clean, stocked, and ready for patients.
• Adhering to all relevant health and safety standards, as well as legal regulations.
