Regional Director of Operations RDO

AOM Healthcare is seeking a strong and experienced Regional Director of Operations to oversee a portfolio of skilled nursing facilities across Northern Ohio. This leadership role is ideal for an LNHA with multi-site experience who is passionate about driving quality, compliance, and operational excellence.

Region Includes :

Toledo, Sandusky, Fremont, Hudson

Key Responsibilities :

Provide oversight and support to Administrators in multiple skilled nursing facilities.

Ensure compliance with all state, federal, and CMS regulations.

Drive census growth, financial performance, and survey readiness.

Mentor and develop leadership teams to promote accountability and quality outcomes.

Partner with clinical, financial, and HR departments to achieve company goals.

Conduct regular facility visits, performance reviews, and quality improvement initiatives.

Qualifications :

Active LNHA license in Ohio required.

Prior multi-site leadership experience strongly preferred.

Strong knowledge of SNF regulations, survey processes, and reimbursement models (Medicare / Medicaid, PDPM).

Excellent leadership, organizational, and communication skills.

Ability to travel regularly throughout the region.
