Building Maintenance Technician
The Enterprise brand of Enterprise Mobility has an exciting opportunity for a Building Maintenance Technician. The Building Maintenance Technician is responsible for the general maintenance and repair of building assets. This position is also responsible for basic maintenance and organization to ensure that facilities and equipment are in good condition at all times for customers and employees. This person will be performing general maintenance duties which will include but is not limited to painting, minor plumbing, minor electrical, equipment installation, groundskeeping / snow removal, and custodial work.
The starting rate of pay is $20 - $25 / hr based on experience and certifications.
This position is based out of Harrisburg, PA and will involve travel to Enterprise offices throughout Northeastern and Southeastern PA as needed. A company vehicle is provided for workday travel.

This position will have a minimum of 40 hours per week :
Monday - Friday : 8 : 00am-5 : 00pmWeekend hours as needed based on snow and special projectsOvertime will be required as directed by Operations SupervisorResponsibilities include :
Routine general maintenance and repair work such as light electrical, plumbing, painting, carpet / floor cleaning, and snow and ice removalTimely completion of work orders generated by call-in requests or preventive maintenance schedulePerform duties of the company's preventative maintenance programTroubleshoot general problemsMove items as needed (i.e. furniture, file cabinets, boxes, artwork etc.)Delivery of office and building suppliesSmall appliance and equipment installation (pressure washers, air compressors, etc)Working outside in all types of weather and temperatures and in a typical office environmentUse a variety of equipment : a large assortment of vehicles (may include 15-passenger vans and airport buses), safety belts, 2-way radio or cellular phone, phone system, computer / tablet, printer, fax, cleaning tools and solutionsFollow proper procedures to comply with health, safety, and environmental standards.Equal Opportunity Employer / Disability / Veterans
Qualifications :
One year or more of relevant maintenance and / or facilities experienceKnowledge of basic plumbing and electrical is a mustExperience performing basic maintenance and repairs (e.g. ballast replacement, drain clean out, painting, etc)Ability to lift at least 60 pounds repeatedly due to various dutiesSome computer knowledge helpful for monitoring security and building systemsMust be comfortable driving a full size pick up truck with a plow and spreaderMust have a current and valid driver's license with no more than 2 moving violations and / or at-fault accidents in the past 3 yearsNo drug or alcohol related convictions on driving record in the past 3 yearsMust be authorized to work in the United States and not require work authorization sponsorship by our company for this position now or in the future.Apart from religious observations, must be able to work the following schedule(s) :Minimum 40 hours per week, overtime as directed by Operations SupervisorMonday - Friday : 8 : 00am-5 : 00pmWeekend hours as needed based on snow and special projectsMust be at least 18 years of ageMust have HS Diploma / GEDCompetency Based Qualifications :
