Sr ISC Project Management Specialist
Talascend is seeking a professional, skilled individual for our Sr. ISC Project Management Specialist position located in Tempe, AZ.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES :
Executing ISC-led supply chain transitions due diligence activities to ensure compliance with global legal, contractual, and compliance obligations
Coordinating with both ISC transitions program managers and relevant cross-functional compliance subject matter experts (e.
g., Government Finance Compliance, Sourcing Compliance, Corporate Compliance, etc.)
Supporting continuous improvement opportunities, including due diligence training, enhancements to the Diligence Assessment Tracking Tool (DATT), and process streamlining
- Drive and execute new initiatives
- Influence functional stakeholders
- Support the MOS
- Metrics improvement
- Support Integrated Supply Chain sites
- Work with the factory team
- On time delivery of projects
- Manage data and report
- Support to manage escalation
U.S. PERSON REQUIREMENTS
Due to compliance with U.S. export control laws and regulations, candidate must be a U.S. Person, which is defined as, a U.
S. citizen, a U.S. permanent resident, or have protected status in the U.S. under asylum or refugee status.
REQUIRED SKILLS & EXPERIENCE :
- Must be a US Person due to contractual requirements
- 1+ years of experience in supply chain or engineering, with preference for experience relating to supply chain transitions
PREFERRED SKILLS & EXPERIENCE :
- 4 year college degree
- Communication skills, written and oral
- Detail Orientated
- Excellent problem solving and analytical skills
- Curious, strong critical thinking skills
- Strong leadership and critical thinking skills
- Process-improvement and self-motivated individual
- Able to prioritize work and coordinate tasks simultaneously
- Advance Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint skills
- Prior experience with SAP and Team Center
- Comfort working in fast paced and dynamic environment with quick and accurate turnaround expectations
- Comfortable working indecently and cross-functionally with business partners

- Visibility to Aero ISC compliance processes
- Develop deeper knowledge of the compliance processes that must follow
- Strengthen system skills, including SAP, Team Center, DATT
- Ability to effectively manage multiple projects
- Effective communication with Leadership
- Interact with data on multiple levels -trend analysis
