Mortgage Closer

First State Bank is seeking a Mortgage Closer onsite at our Chesterfield office. If you have closing experience then you may be a great fit!

40 hours per week.

Duties and Responsibilities :

The Mortgage Closer will perform all duties required of a Mortgage Closer by following policies and procedures set forth by First State Bank, including, but not limited to :

• Accurate and complete closing and funding of mortgage loans.

Loan types include conventional, government, home equity, MHDC, USDA and portfolio.
