WHAT ARE THE PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES OF THE JOB?
- New Business Development : Prospect, cold call, and meet with physicians, administrators, and decision-makers to secure new testing accounts within your assigned territory.
- Account Management : Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to drive satisfaction, increase testing utilization, and ensure consistent service quality.
- Customer Support : Serve as a responsive partner to your clients by resolving issues promptly and upholding the organization’s commitment to exceptional service.
- Educational Outreach : Conduct lunch-and-learns, demos, and training sessions with healthcare providers to promote the clinical and operational advantages of the company’s oral fluid and urine toxicology testing solutions.
- Collaboration & Reporting : Regularly report on territory performance, market opportunities, and competitor activity using the company CRM. Work closely with leadership to develop and refine territory strategies.

WHAT DOES THE IDEAL CANDIDATE OFFER?
Education & Training
A Bachelor’s degree in Business, Sales, or a related field is preferred, but equivalent work experience or military service will be considered as well.Work Experience & Accomplishments
Proven success in medical device, diagnostic, toxicology, or healthcare sales is preferred, but B2B sales professionals in other competitive markets will also be considered.Experience with prospecting new business and managing accounts in a large territory.Demonstrated ability to exceed territory sales targets and build long-term client partnerships.Skills & Competencies
A true hunter mentality; self-motivated, persistent, and goal-oriented.Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to engage both clinical and administrative decision-makers.Strong presentation and negotiation abilities.Solid organizational and time-management skills with experience using CRMs and sales reporting tools.A reliable and insured personal vehicle, a valid driver’s license, and the ability to travel day and overnight within Arizona will be required.Benefits
