We are seeking two Medical Assistants to join our Allergy and Dermatology departments. These roles are based in our Norwalk, New Milford, Ridgefield, and Danbury offices, with occasional travel to nearby satellite locations. Mileage reimbursement is provided for inter-office travel. Responsibilities include rooming patients and preparing them for exams and procedures, taking and recording vital signs, assisting nurses and physicians during patient visits, performing patient charting using NEXGEN EMR, cleaning and prepping exam rooms according to infection control protocols, answering patient calls and providing follow-up instructions, and supporting scheduling, referrals, and general clinical operations. Essential skills include proficiency in patient care, rooming, and preparation, ability to take and record vital signs, experience in patient charting and documentation, and proficiency with electronic health records, especially NEXGEN EMR. Additional skills and qualifications include no MA diploma or certification required, CNA or healthcare experience outside of formal schooling is accepted, willingness to travel between offices (mileage reimbursed), and flexibility within MondayFriday 7 : 30 AM6 : 30 PM schedule. This is a float role requiring flexibility within a Monday-Friday, 7 : 30 AM 6 : 30 PM schedule. Locations include Danbury, Ridgefield, Brookfield, and Norwalk, with a stable presence in Norwalk if scheduled there. This is a fully onsite position in Danbury, CT. This position is anticipated to close on Oct 31, 2025.
