Responsibilities
- Meet new business production goals and objectives as established.
- Develop insurance quotes, makes sales presentations, and closes sales.
- Training and education and a transfer of knowledge and expertise from our team members.
- Maintain knowledge of new products.
- Maintains phone time or sales quotas as determined by management
- Education platforms to further your knowledge in Insurance Sales and Marketing.
Requirements
- Must Be Willing To Obtain Property and Casualty License*
- Possess a genuine willingness to learn, be intuitive and resourceful and be coachable.
- Possess an upbeat, positive and enthusiastic attitude.
- Be a great self-starter with a sense of urgency.
- Create relationships from a cold start.
- Must be highly self-motivated.
