Director of Service, Parts & Warranty

Sunstate Equipment is seeking a Director of Service, Parts & Warranty. This role serves as a strategic leader responsible for overseeing the service department, including fleet maintenance, parts, warranty, and telematics programs. This role drives operational excellence through cross-functional collaboration, project leadership, and continuous improvement initiatives. The Director plays a key role in developing service personnel, managing complex projects, and ensuring effective communication across regional platforms and senior leadership.

Qualifications / Requirements :

• Minimum 5 years of management experience
• Minimum 10 years of equipment maintenance experience
• Strong interpersonal and customer relationship skills
• Knowledge of construction equipment required
• Proficient in basic computer systems and typing
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record
• High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree preferred
