We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Community-Based Behavioral Health Therapist who is dedicated to culturally responsive, relationship-driven care. This role is ideal for someone who values hands-on, in-person work and is passionate about supporting youth and families through evidence-based therapeutic interventions.

This is not a remote position. Services are delivered face-to-face in the community, with consistent presence required in Rio Arriba and Santa Fe.

About the Role

You'll provide Multisystemic Therapy (MST) - You will provide Multisystemic Therapy (MST) a highly effective, evidence-based treatment model for at-risk youth 12-17 and their families. MST focuses on strengthening family systems, improving communication, addressing behavioral challenges, and building lasting support networks that promote long-term stability and success.

Therapists meet families where they are emotionally, culturally, and geographically to foster accountability, resilience and sustainable change.
