Our client is looking for a Network Support Technician with a Contract project in Dallas, TX (Onsite)

Job Description :
- Bachelor's degree in Computer science or equivalent, with 9 Plus Years of relevant experience
- Certified Microsoft, CompTIA, or Cisco network professional preferred.
- At least five years' experience as a network support technician.
- In-depth knowledge of network infrastructure, architecture, connectivity, and security.
- Superb analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Exceptional organizational and time management skills.
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and collaboration skills.
- Availability to perform urgent network repairs outside of business hours.
- Experience with Cisco routers and switches
- Ability to troubleshoot network issues and provide solutions
- Good working knowledge in VPN, VDI, operating system and Network components such as Routers, firewall, MTU, Wireshark.
- Must have good knowledge of Wireshark, Zscaler and Network technologies.
- Good knowledge of network concepts (e.g., TCPIP, Windows / Mac Networking, Wireless, Ethernet)
- Specialist technical experience, ideally within a support role of which at least 2 years must be in a support role.
- 1 to 3 years of experience providing onsite and / or remote technical support to end-users in PC and Mac environments.
