• Perform advanced technical support (Tier 3 / 4) for employees facing application issues, working closely with internal teams and product engineers to enhance products and user experience.
• Deliver expert service engineering across multiple platforms, including Windows Client / Server, Intune, Security, Authentication, Identity, Networking, Linux, Mac, iOS, and Android.
• Use existing telemetry data or create new telemetry solutions to analyze frequent ticket and call drivers, identifying obstacles, bugs, and change requests.
• Develop and manage scripts (PowerShell / VS Code) for automating issue detection and resolution.
• Create troubleshooting guides, knowledge base articles, and training materials for lower tier teams to improve issue resolution rates.
• Oversee incident resolution timelines, escalation processes, and track time to resolution.
• Collaborate with managers and engineering groups to resolve complex customer issues, sometimes working directly with customers; monitor support tickets for accuracy, resource gaps, and quality concerns.
• Provide both technical solutions and analytical reports to leadership, supporting strategic decisions on MSD services.
• Demonstrated experience managing and improving enterprise services for over three years, including production system support.
