Responsibilities
Support the end-to-end execution of Workato's tradeshow program and field marketing eventsOwn logistics such as exhibitor deadlines, booth orders, shipping, badge registrations, show services, hotel room blocks, and ancillary eventsManage vendor communications, including exhibit houses, shipping providers, swag vendors, and A / V partnersMaintain an internal calendar of upcoming events and ensure all teams are aligned on timelines and deliverablesCoordinate internal team participation, including travel support, event briefings, staffing schedules, and registrationsWork cross-functionally with Sales, Product Marketing, Communications, Lifecycle, Marketing Operations and many more to ensure an event's successOversee lead capture, list cleanup, and timely follow-up processes in collaboration with the sales and marketing teamsOversee inventory of tradeshow materials booth properties, signage, collateral, swag, etc. and manage fulfillment and replenishmentPlan and execute additional VIP events, dinners, and happy hours to engage customers, prospects, partners, and industry leaders during conferencesTrack event budget and campaign performance to make future recommendations to increase ROI and impactAble to travel on-site to support events from start to finish (travel required ~40%)Requirements
Qualifications / Experience / Technical Skills
24+ years of experience in field marketing, tradeshow coordination, or event marketingProven track record of supporting or leading logistics for tradeshows including booth setup, shipping, lead capture, and event briefingsYou sweat the details, nothing slips through the cracks, you are known for being organized, precise, and thoroughComfortable managing external partners and negotiating sponsorship contracts, deliverables, and service agreements with event organizers and vendorsStrong project management skills with the ability to juggle competing deadlines, multiple events, cross functional input, and high visibility deliverablesA natural collaborator who thrives in cross functional environments with experience working closely with Revenue, Product Marketing, Communications, and Partnerships to ensure an event's successExcellent written and verbal communication skills, you document clearly, follow up proactively, and keep stakeholders alignedYou bring a data driven mindset and are confident in setting KPIs, analyzing event performance, and demonstrating the ROI of field marketing effortsProficient with tools like Google Workspace, Asana or similar project management toolsYou take initiative, solve problems quickly, and own every detail, especially when on site at eventsAbility to travel up to 40% of the time to support event execution in personJob Req ID : 2415
