Executive Administrative Assistant
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Executive Administrative Assistant to provide administrative support to our President / CEO and the Executive Team. The EAA will manage a wide range of advanced administrative and executive support-related tasks and must be able to work independently within guidelines, maintaining a high level of professionalism and confidentiality.
Responsibilities
- Provide administrative support to the President / CEO and the Executive Team, including calendar management, scheduling meetings, and coordinating travel arrangements
- Process invoices and expense reports in a timely manner
- Prepare and review sales reports, presentations, and other documents as requested
- Conduct research as assigned
- Handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism
Qualifications
Proven experience as an Executive Assistant, Administrative Assistant, or in a similar roleStrong knowledge of office management systems and sales tools (CRM, MS Office Suite, etc.).Excellent verbal and written communication skillsAbility to work independently and manage multiple priorities effectivelyExceptional organizational skills with keen attention to detailStrong time management skills and ability to meet deadlinesProactive and solution-oriented mindsetExperience with handling confidential information with discretionBachelor's degree or equivalent experience is preferredPhysical Requirements

The base compensation range for this job classification is between $60,000 and $70,000. The determination of what a specific employee in this job classification is paid depends on a number of factors, including, but not limited to, prior employment history, job-related skills and qualifications, and length of service.
