State Licensed Arbitration Team Lead

A company is looking for an Arbitration Team Lead - State IDR.

Key Responsibilities

Supervise and coordinate daily operations of the arbitration team

Analyze workflow reports and identify trends and system errors

Develop and organize reports for leadership and manage team performance

Required Qualifications

High School Diploma or equivalent required

Minimum of 2 years of Revenue Cycle Management experience

IDR experience preferred

Leadership experience preferred

Knowledge of the insurance industry and medical terminology
