Global Gear & Machining seeks a DYNAMIC Sales Manager to support the GGM family. We are a gear manufacturer located in Downers Grove, IL, with easy access off of 355 expressway. Responsibilities :

• Provide new customer orders
• Develop and grow sales with current and new customers
• Oversee a team of 2 to 3 personnel
• Provide feedback and sales trends to the executive team
• Review the market to ensure competitive pricing
• Work closely with the quoting team for accurate and timely information to provide to customers
• Work independently
• IATF and Epicor experience is a plus
