AI Solutions Architect

A company is looking for an AI Solutions Architect to lead the design and implementation of intelligent automation and conversational AI solutions.

Key Responsibilities :

Lead technical discovery and design sessions with clients to gather requirements and identify automation opportunities

Translate business requirements to technical specifications for development teams

Integrate AI platforms with enterprise systems and provide technical leadership throughout the solution lifecycle

Required Qualifications :

Hands-on experience building and deploying Cresta and / or Kore.ai for AI solutions

Understanding of system integrations using APIs and webhooks

Any Kore.ai and / or Cresta certifications

Experience in sales, pre-sales, and / or demo configuration (a plus, not required)

Comfort working in cross-functional environments and managing competing priorities
